Main structure and working theory
The machine consist of: blast room, platform, hopper, take-up rollers, shot wheel, screw conveyor, elevator buckets, barrel ends, dust catcher and so on.
The working theory of this machine is using high rotate speed blades to project steel pills onto the work-pieces, hit off the sand, oxide on the work-pieces.
3.1 Blast room
The blast room are welded, at the top of the room has shot wheel which is used to project steel pills. The inside of the room has flights to protect the room and place with a draught which is connected to the dust catcher. The door is open at the front of the room which makes it easy for loading and unloading, the door has guard limit switch, the shot blast can only work when the door is closed.
3.1.1 Pedrail
Imported American technology hardfield Mn flights, which has long life. When the pedrail rotate one way,the machine is working and when the pedrail rotate another way, the machine is unloading.
3.2 platform
The platform is mainly for installation, adjustment and maintenance.

3.3 Bucket
Bucket is used to store steel pills to ensure enough steel pills supply. It has feeding pipe and valve controls the feeding. 
3.4 Shot wheel
Shot wheel is the most critical part, it has big effect on the cleaning quality, maintenance and the life span of the machine.The machine use curve blades shot wheel (which was the technology imported from the US), mainly consists of blades, principal axis, axis seat, distributor, directional set, board and drive mechanism.
The blades use 20CrMnMo material cementited and quenched，the directional set, distributor and board all use high Cr cast, the parts are heat treated and reach a hardness of HRC60-65，have great wearable ability and life span. The axis seat use 40Cr material and machined in CNC have high accuracy. The axises are supplied to lots of well known companies ,the accuracy is E grade.  

Steel pills are fed in through inlet pipe, after passing through distributor, directional set and blades they reach a speed of 82m/s, which cleans the work-pieces effectively.

The blades are well checked during the making process to less vibration and noise of the machine.

3.5 Steel pill circulate system
The system imported American company PANGBORN technology and also integrate the screw conveyor, take-up rollers, BE distributor and steel pill valve.

distributor：
Use American company PANGBORN technoloy BE type distributor, which can separate steel pills, sand, oxide, dust effectively, the efficiency is almost 99%. High distributing efficiency, not only prolong the life span of the blades, directional set, shot wheel but also improve the blast effect.

Distributor is one critical part of this machine, the design affects the pills distributing directly. if the distributor is not efficient, it will quicken the wear of the blades, directional set, shot wheel, less their life span and increase maintenance cost.

Screw conveyor：
Screw conveyor is located down the blast room, to collect the falling steel pills and raise them to the bottom of turn-up set.

Elevator bucket
Elevator bucket consists of top, middle and bottom cover, top drive unit, bottom drive unit, convey belt, bucket, rotate speed counting unit and so on.

Steel pill valve
The valve is consists of valve body, cylinder and solenoid valve, the solenoid valve controls the cylinder, the cylinder drives the valve, Approx. 551.6Kpa compressed air can make sure the valve works normally. The feeding quantity can be adjusted by adjust the screw on the vale. This valve has been proved effective by many years of usage. 
4.the machine has loading mechanism, loading mechanism consists of: brackets, dolly and drive mechanism which can achieve auto loading.
3.6. Lubrication system
The lubrication system consists of screw conveyor, turn-up rollers, distributor, shot wheel and pedrail drive, loading bearings and reducers and so on.
4. Control system
The main circuit of the control system uses 3～50HZ、380V，control circuit uses 380V/220V transformer to supply the power. For easy operation and maintenance, all the controls are installed in the control panel which use auto-switches and keys to connect or cut the power. The machine has auto timing operation, manual operation and complete protection equipment.
